. Heard Mr. P. M. Shah, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner. It is submitted by the learned senior counsel that, the manner in which the petitioner is terminated is to be deprecated. The petitioner should have been given opportunity to complete his post-graduation within a period of five years from the date of appointment as per the circular of the respondent/university. No such opportunity was given. According to the learned senior counsel, the petitioner was never issued any appointment order.

The copy of the appointment order produced by the respondent was never served on the petitioner. The petitioner worked for two years and three days. On 04th April, 1997, the petitioner was asked to hand over the charge to another lecturer. The learned senior counsel submits that the University and College Tribunal has not considered all these aspects in its proper perspective.
