1. The Learned Counsel for the parties i.e. Mrs. A.S. Pai for the Applicant/original Petitioner and Miss Karuna Yadav holding for Shri N.M. Ganguli for the Respondent/Workman tender the Consent Terms bearing today's date evidencing the settlement that is arrived at between the parties. To the Consent Terms is annexed a receipt signed by the Respondent/Workman in acknowledgement of having received the sum of Rs. 1,75,000/- in full and final settlement of his dues. The said receipt also bears the signature of Shri. S.P. Choudhari – the President of Akhil Bharatiya Gen. Kamgar Union.
2. The said Consent Terms are signed by the parties and their respective Advocates. The Learned Counsel for the parties prayed that the

above Petition be disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. The parties are personally present in Court. On being queried, they stated that the said Consent Terms have been signed by them of their own free will and volition. The said Consent Terms are taken on record and marked as “X” for identification. The said Consent Terms are paginated as 1 to 4, which includes the receipt and photocopy of the cheque for Rs. 1,75,000/-, which is drawn on The Shamrao Vithal Co-operative Bank Ltd. The above Petition is disposed of in terms of the said Consent Terms.
3. In view of the disposal of the above Petition, Notice of Motion No.550 of 2014 does not survive and the same to accordingly stand disposed of.
