The Petitioner, who is an ex-employee of Respondents 9 and 10 and whose son is studying in the College (Respondent No.11)

run by Respondent No.10 has filed a complaint against Respondents 8 and 9 for alleged unfair, un-ethical, dishonest practices adopted by them. Accordingly, complaint dated 22 June 2014 is forwarded to Respondent Nos. 1 to7. The same is pending.

2 The Petitioner has prayed for following reliefs :

(a) Writ of Mandamus or any other writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of Mandamus may kindly be issued directing Respondent Nos. 1 to 7 to restrain the Respondent Management from filling up any admission from the management quota/ Institute level seats/N.R.I. Seat in the colleges mentioned in para 12 & 13 in the interest of students.

(b) Writ of Mandamus or any other writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of Mandamus may kindly be issued directing the Respondents to fill up 20% management seats/Institute level seats/N.R.I. Seats admissions from the central admission process in the colleges as mentioned in para 12 & 13 and in the interest of students.

(c ) Pending the hearing and final disposal of the writ petition, stay the entire admission process of the Colleges as mentioned in para no. 12 & 13.”

3 We are not inclined to entertain the present Petition filed by the Petitioner at this stage, in view of pendency of the representation so referred above. The Petitioner's criminal complaint under Section 7 of Maharashtra Educational Institutions' (Prohibition of Capitation Fee) Act, 1987 filed is also pending.

Therefore, by keeping all points open, we are disposing

of the present Petition by directing Respondent No.4 to decide the representation dated 22 June 2014 as expeditiously as possible by giving an opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties. There shall be no order as to costs.
