The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners on instructions has placed on record minutes of order in Writ Petition No. 6784/2014 and Writ Petition No. 6785/2014.

The minutes of the order read as under:

“1. The Seniority list of Preventive Officers of Mumbai and Goa Customs dated 17.12.2012 and 01.04.2013 will be redrawn as per Hon'ble Central Administrative Tribunal Order dated 06.05.2014 and Hon'ble Apex Court's order dated 27.11.2012 in U.O.I. Vs. N.R. Parmar.

The Provisional Consolidated Seniority list of the Preventive Officers of Mumbai and Goa Customs upto 2011-12 shall be prepared after revising the above two Seniority Lists and the same shall be circulated and displayed on notice board/website by 23.09.2014, Goa and Mumbai.

The objections, if any, against the said Provisional Seniority list should be submitted tot he competent authority by 26.09.2014.

After consideration of the objections, if any received, the Final Seniority list would be published by 27.09.2014.

In light of the above, the Writ Petition no. 6784/2014 and 6785/2014 and the Civil Application No. CAW/2250/2014 are disposed off in terms of these minutes.”

The instructing Commissioner of Customs for the petitioners Union of India is present in Court, according to learned Senior Counsel. The respondents' representative is also present in Court.
