Learned counsel for Respondent No.3 placed on record a copy of the letter dated 4 December, 2014 from the District Social Welfare Officer, Satara Zilla Parishad, Satara. The same is taken on record and marked “X” for identification. As per the said letter, Respondent No.5 is required to be continued at Backward Class Boys Hostel, Padegaon, Taluka Khandala, Dist. Satara.

2 In view of the above, the Petitioner- Boys Hostel shall continue to employ Respondent No.5 till a vacancy arises in another institution. Respondent No.5 is required to be continued as surplus employee in the Petitioner's institution. In view of the said order dated 3 December, 2014 Respondent No.5 shall continue to be employed by the Petitioner's Boys Hostel and once he is so employed, the school management shall not be required to pay Rs.1,000/- p.m. to Respondent No.5 but shall pay him his regular salary.

3 The above is a pro-tem arrangement till a vacancy arises in another institution. It is clarified that Respondent No.3 will suggest some other institution for absorbing Respondent No.5 as a regular employee and this shall be done as expeditiously as possible and not later than 30 April 2015.

4 Since the above arrangement will take care of interest of all the concerned, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Zilla Parishad,Satara to take a final decision in the matter by 15 April 2015.

5 The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. In case of difficulties, liberty to apply.
