Though this matter is listed before this Court for the first time, Ms. Rane, the learned Assistant Government Pleader has taken telephonic instructions from the respondent no.3 and it is stated that the steps to conduct the elections would be initiated immediately after the elections to the legislative assembly are concluded.

Shri Ghare, the learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the grievance of the petitioner would not survive in view of the statement made by the learned A.G.P. Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
