By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the Divisional Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a time frame. The petitioner seeks protection of her on-going education till the caste claim is decided.

Ms. Rane, the learned Assistant Govt. Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1 states, on instructions received from the Research Officer of the respondent no.1 Committee that the caste claim of the petitioner has been decided on 23.9.2014 and the caste validity certificate would be issued to the petitioner after 19.10.2014, as presently the concerned clerk issuing the validity certificate is on election duty.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned Assistant Govt. Pleader, the grievance of the petitioner would stand redressed. In view of the aforesaid, it

is also needless to mention that the respondent no.2 and 3 should not take any action that is detrimental to the on-going education of the petitioner. The respondents should immediately declare the result of the petitioner that is withheld only on the ground that the petitioner has not produced the caste validity certificate.

Since the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed with the statement made in regard to the issuance of validity certificate in favour of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
