typographical error and the name of the
investigating agency is wrongly mentioned as “EOW
Unit” instead of “Detection Crime Branch, Unit-IX”.

reference is made as “EOW Unit”, the same may be
substituted by “Detection Crime Branch, Unit-IX”.
3. Secondly, it is submitted that in line
No.2 instead of words “Original Complainant” the
words “Sushila Nair and Others” may be substituted.
Order is accordingly modified. In line No.2 the
words “Original Complainant” may be substituted
with the words “Sushila Nair and Others”.
4. It is further submitted that thereafter
wherever the reference is made as “Original
Complainant” the same may be substituted with
“Original complainant Sushila Nair”. Order is
accordingly modified. In the place of the words
“Original Complainant” the words “Original
complainant Sushila Nair” may be substituted.
