. The grievance of the petitioner is that hewas mercilessly beaten by respondent Nos.4 and 5.
The petitioner therefore preferred a complaint to
the Superintendent of Police, Crime Branch, Satara
and also sent copies to various authorities.
2. Learned APP appearing on behalf of the State
submits that a fresh inquiry was held and a report

dated 13th December, 2013 to that effect was
submitted in which it is stated that after thorough
inquiry was made, it was found that there is no
substance in the submissions of the petitioner.
3. In view of this report, the reliefs which
are claimed by the petitioner do not survive since
already an inquiry has been made and in the said
inquiry no substance was found in the application
made by the petitioner. Petition is therefore,
disposed of.
