3 We are inclined to dispose of the present petition in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents based upon paragraph 5 of an affidavit in reply filed on behalf of the respondents, which is reproduced below :

“5. I say that the father of the respondent was employed in the respondent No.1 Corporation as a Helper as on 7.1.1980 and that he expired on 19.9.2992. The petitioner was minor at the time of the death of his father. In terms of the rules of the Corporation in vogue, the petitioner is also required to produce certificate from the Tahsildar regarding his heirship, which he has not furnished. The petitioner has not produced No Objection Certificate from his mother which is also essential.”

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted to grant some time to furnish all the documents which we are inclined to grant as that is the requirement for respondents to consider the case of the petitioner on compassionate ground.

Therefore, the present petition is disposed of in view of above.

The petitioner is permitted to file requisite documents as early as possible preferably within eight weeks. The respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with law in view of the above.

The petition is disposed of accordingly. Rule is made absolute accordingly. No order as to costs.
