Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
after filing of the present petition, the petitioner is
terminated from service and the petitioner has filed
appeal before the School Tribunal, Latur. In the light
of that, nothing remains for adjudication in the present
writ petition. The learned counsel prays for expeditious
disposal of the appeal filed before the School Tribunal.
