Writ Petitions is that though Revenue Recovery Certificates are issued to the petitioners, the same are not being executed by the Revenue Authorities. The same are to be executed as recovery of arrears of land revenue.

Revenue Authorities are required to execute the same.
a) In case the said Recovery Certificates are in force, the authority shall take all possible steps to execute the same expeditiously and shall start the said process within a period of two (2) months from today.
b) The petitioners shall cooperate in execution of the same.
The same shall be executed in accordance with law.
c) The Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
