Shri Abhay Sambre, the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.3 and 4, states that the issue involved in this writ petition is also involved in Writ Petition No.239 of 2000 and this Court has by the judgment dated 17/01/2002 disposed of the writ petition after issuing certain directions.
Hence, for the reasons recorded in the judgment dated 17/01/2002 in Writ Petition No.239 of 2000, this petition is also disposed of. However, the respondents would not make any recovery from the petitioner for the period during which the petitioner had worked in pursuance of the interim order passed by this Court.
In the facts of the case, there would be no order
as to costs.
