1Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner
and the learned AGP for the respondent Nos.1 to 5.
The petition discloses that an application for
regularization made by the petitioners is still
pending. Letter dated 22nd November 2012 addressed
by the Tahsildar of South Solapur to the Sub
Divisional Officer, Solapur records that the
Tahsildarhasrecommendedapplicationfor
regularization. The said recommendation records
that the application for regularization will have to
beultimatelydecidedbytheDivisional
Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune.

2As of today, nothing is placed on record to
show that the application made by the petitioners
has been disposed of.

3We accordingly dispose of this petition by
passing the following order:

(I) Proposal for regularization submitted by the petitioner is not yet forwarded to the Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune, the same shall be forwarded within a period of four weeks from today;

(II) The Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune shall take appropriate decision on the proposal so received by his office within a period of two months from the date of receipt thereof;

(III) All contentions of the parties on merits are kept open;

(IV) Parties concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
