Since the petitioner was required to be arrested for bringing him back to the prison after he was released on furlough on as many as two occasions for 242 and 105 days respectively, in view of the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in Criminal Writ Petition No.224/2014 along with other petitions dated 25.06.2013, the petitioner-herein does not deserve to be granted any relief. Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed.
