. This petition is filed for quashing of the criminal complaint, filed by Respondent No. 2 for the offences punishable under Section 498-A, 406, 323, 504, 34 read with 120-B of the I. P. Code. Respondent No. 2 has filed affidavit, giving her no objection for quashing of the criminal complaint. Petitioner and Respondent No. 2 have filed consent terms for divorce in the Family Court at Bandra. Under these circumstances, therefore, writ petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), and is accordingly disposed of.
