2 Mr Jain, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this Petition and urge all contentions including the question of jurisdiction before the Assessing Officer during the reassessment proceedings. Liberty as prayed for, is granted. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
