2] We are inclined to dispose of the present Petition with a direction to Respondent No.2 to decide the
Application/Representation with regard to the transfer in view of the Government Resolution dated 29.9.2011 under the head of “couple convenience” from Scheduled Tribe category. The Application is already filed. Therefore, by keeping all points open, it is desirable that the Application be disposed of as early as possibly within four weeks from today.
3] With above observation, the Petition is disposed of. No costs.
