1]Heard Shri Ravindra Vitthal Gore, Advocate for
petitioner and Shri G.R. Ingole, AGP for the Respondent
Nos.1 to 6.
2]Learned AGP is seeking time of three weeks to file
reply.
3]Advocate Shri Gore points out that this Court has
issued notice on 20.3.2014.
4]In this situation, we find that interest of justice
can be met with by directing respondents to decide

application of petitioner if it is still pending.
5]If such application moved by petitioner is tenable
in law and its cognizance can be taken, respondents shall
pass suitable order upon it within three months from the
date of receipt of this order by the competent authority.
6]With these directions and keeping all rival
contentions open, we dispose of this writ petition. No
order as to costs.
