Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge is not yet framed by the trial Court. He submits that the facts of the case shows that provisions of M.P.I.D. Act are applicable. At this stage, it would not be appropriate to express any opinion on this issue as the trial Court has not yet framed charge. Trial Court can look into that issue. Keeping all the issues on merits open, petition is disposed of.
