The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that out of 16 petitioners, 9 petitioners have communicated in writing to the Counsel to withdraw the petition. In respect of remaining petitioners, it is submitted that they would resort to appropriate alternate remedies as and when cause of action arises or if they are aggrieved by the action taken by the employer against them. The learned Counsel, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Leave is granted.
We do not express any opinion on merits. Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
