3 Petitioners have challenged the impugned notice under
section 354-A of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888. The Petitioners to file Reply to the said notice within a week. Therefore, we
are inclined to dispose of present Writ Petition with a direction to Respondents Corporation to consider the Reply and pass an order in

accordance with law, as early as possible preferably within two weeks thereafter.
4 However in the mean time, no coercive steps based upon the impugned notice till the decision and two weeks thereafter, if order is adverse to the Petitioners.
5 Rule made absolute in the above terms. The Writ Petition is
accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
