. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the complaints filed by the Petitioner on 12^th December, 2013 and 9^th January, 2014 in respect of the caste certificates granted to fourth and fifth Respondents are still pending before the second Respondent Scrutiny Committee. The learned AGP has no instructions regarding the status of the said complaints.

In view of this Petition, we pass the following order :

(i) We direct the Petitioner to appear before the second Respondent on 3^rd April, 2014 at 11.00 am. The Petitioner

shall produce copies of the complaints filed by him before the second Respondent;

(ii) We direct the second Respondent to decide the said complaints as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from 3^rd April, 2014;

(iii) We make is clear that we have made no adjudication on the

merits of the complaints;

(iv) The Petition is disposed of on the above terms;

(v) Parties to act upon the authenticated copy of this order.
