1] By order dated 12 June 2013, this court had recorded that the dispute between petitioner Nos.1,4 and 5 and respondent No.1 has been amicably settled and accordingly, the petition was permitted to withdrawn insofar as the said petitioners are concerned.
2] Ms Gayatri Singh, learned counsel for petitioner Nos.2 and 3, on instructions, submits that settlement has been arrived at between petitioner Nos.2 and 3 on one hand and respondent No.1 on other. Accordingly, she seeks leave to withdraw the petition on behalf of petitioner Nos.2 and 3 as well.

3] Mr. R.S. Pai, learned counsel for respondent No.1 also
confirms that the settlement has indeed been arrived at between respondent No.1 and petitioner Nos.2 and 3.
4] In view of aforesaid and in the light of the previous order made on 12 June 2013, liberty is granted for withdrawal of the present petition insofar as petitioner Nos.2 and 3 are concerned.
5] Accordingly, the entire petition stands disposed of.
