the property is sold under the provisions of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act 2002, of the Karkhana. The petitioner is the Union. The amount of the workers are required to be paid. The learned counsel submits that some of the workers had filed writ petition bearing writ petition No. 6422 of 2010. The said writ petition is disposed of wherein the sale proceeds are directed to be deposited in a separate account i.e. “No lien Account” in the bank. The unpaid wages and other legal dues of the workers shall be paid from the account once

the dues are quantified by a competent Court the same shall be paid from the said account.
