dispute among themselves. The complaint has been
filed for the offence punishable under Sections
415, 417, 418 and 420 read with 34 of Indian penal
Code. All these offences are compoundable. The
respondent No.3 has now filed affidavit in reply
wherein he has submitted that he has no objection
for quashing the F.I.R.

2.We are satisfied that the complaint filed
by the complainant is essentially a private dispute
between the parties and all the offences are
compoundable. Secondly, a Civil Suit also has been
withdrawn by the complainant as mentioned in the
affidavit in reply. We have interviewed the
complainant and he reiterated the facts mentioned
in the affidavit.

3.Petition is, therefore, allowed by consent
of parties in terms of prayer clause (a) and
disposed of.
