1.In terms of the earlier orders passed, the

North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon through
its Deputy Registrar has communicated to the
petitioner the decision of the University
through the communication dated 11th February,
2014. The decision taken is to cancel

performance of the petitioner at the
examinations held in March/ April/ May, 2013.
The petitioner has been debarred from appearing
at the examinations till June, 2014.
