1The learned AGP seeks time to comply with the
directions contained in clause (iii) of paragraph 22
of the Judgment and Order dated 30th April 2014. The
learned counsel for the petitioners invited our
attention to the order dated 22nd August 2014 in
Special Leave Petition No.12770 of 2014. He pointed
out that by the said order, the SLP filed by the
Nashik Municipal Corporation against the Judgment
and Order in this Petition has been dismissed.
2We extend the time granted earlier to the State
Government to comply with the directions till 23rd
September 2014. The State Government will have to
also comply with the directions contained in clause
(ii) of paragraph 22 till the said date. Stand over
till 24th September 2014 under the caption of
`Directions'.
