The learned AGP has no instructions regarding the status of the Appeal. Considering the limited controversy, we dispose of the Petition by passing the following order :

(i) We direct the Petitioner or his authorised representative to appear before the Appellate Authority on 24^th February, 2014 at 2.30 p.m. The Petitioner or his authorised representative

shall produce an authenticated copy of this order along with a true copy of the Appeal;

(ii) If the Appeal is already disposed of, a copy of the order passed on the Appeal be provided to the Petitioner or his authorised representative on 24^th February, 2014. If the Appeal is still pending, the same shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within a period of three months from 24^th February, 2014;

(iii) All contentions on merits are kept open;

(iv) Parties to act upon the authenticated copy of this order.
