a Committee of Board of Administrators has been appointed.

Committee appointed under Exhibit A, a sole Administrator may be appointed. In the present case, the Committee of Administrators has been appointed under the order dated 8th August 2014. Prima facie, there is a power vesting in the Authorities to replace one set of committee of Administrators by another Committee. In any case, the communication dated 10th November 2014 does not specifically refer to the 5th Respondent.
