The Petitioners are seeking an appropriate writ, order and direction, directing the Respondents to issue approval for availing FSI 2.5 as permissible under the provisions of Development Control Regulations in terms of the decision taken by Respondent No.2 in September, 2010.

The grievance of the Petitioners is that Respondent No.2 are now proposing to calculate the price of the land as per the Ready Reckoner of 2014 and not in accordance with the Ready Reckoner of 2010. In our view, the petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing Respondent No.2 to act in accordance with the decision

taken by them in September, 2010 and also consider the contention of Petitioners that the premium has to be calculated as per the land rates of 2010 and not 2014. Writ petition is disposed of.
