themselves in the Suit on the next date of hearing. He, therefore, seeks discharge in the matter. In view thereof, Mr. G.B. Kedia, Advocate is granted discharge from appearing in the above Suit for the Plaintiffs and the Suit is placed for dismissal on 19th August, 2014.
2. A copy of this order shall be forwarded by Mr. G.B. Kedia, Advocate to the Plaintiffs by Courier as well as by Registered Post AD.
