The petitioner has sought review of our order dated 17 July 2014. As the order clearly indicates it was argued before us by the petitioner challenging the notification dated 31 March 2010 prohibiting entry of two wheelers on the J.J.Flyover bridge, Mumbai from 1 April 2010 till further orders. We noted that the same order was challenged in two other PILs and this Court by order dated 29 April 2010 dismissed those PILs holding that the issues raised in the petitions deserve to be considered by the respondents and cannot be the subject-matter of judicial review.

open to the petitioner to raise all defences before such Courts. All that we have decided by the order dated 17July 2014 is that the order dated 31 March 2010 of the Deputy Commissioner of Police (City), Traffic, Mumbai prohibiting entry of two wheeler vehicles on J.J. Flyover is legal and valid.
Subject to the above clarification, review petition is disposed of.
