However, prior to the advertisement being issued in the two local newspapers as well as Maharashtra Government Gazette, the Respondent Company has paid the entire amount due and payable by the Company to the Petitioner. In view thereof, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the above Company
Petition. The Company Petition is therefore, disposed of as withdrawn.
