1.By consent the parties have agreed to refer the disputes and
differences in this matter to the Sole Arbitration of Mr. J.P. Sen,
learned senior counsel of this Court.

2.To save time in arbitration, the following directions are
passed.

(a) The petitioner shall file their statement of claim before the learned sole arbitrator on or before 25th April 2014.

(b) Reply to the statement of the claim and counter-claim, if any, to be filed on or before 20th June 2014.

(c) If a counter-claim is filed, a reply to it shall be filed on or before 4th July 2014.

(d) All rejoinders shall be only with the leave of the learned Sole Arbitrator.

¶18

(e) The parties shall appear before the learned sole arbitrator at a date of his convenience for further directions.

(f) The sole arbitrator is requested to complete the arbitration as expeditiously as possible.

(g) Parties agree to such extension of time as may be required by the learned sole arbitrator.

¶21

(h) All costs and fees of the arbitrator shall be borne by both the parties equally. This is, of course, subject to the final award.

(i) All contentions of both the parties are expressly kept open.

3. The company application for amendment of the title of the company petition is allowed. Amendment to be carried out by 18th March 2014.
