1.The disputes between the parties have been settled. Consent
terms are singed by: (a) the advocates for the parties; (b) by the
petitioner; and (c) one Mr. Vijay Sawant, an authorized representative
of the respondent Company are tendered on 1st April 2014 and
marked ‘X’ for identification.
2.The consent terms provide for an aggregate payment of Rs.
6,60,202/- to be made to be petitioner, as also for other consequential

matters. The matter was placed today for compliance with the
provisions of Clauses 2 to 7. The contingencies contemplated in the
consent terms for payment of gratuity did not arise since full payment
of gratuity (Rs. 2,29,500/-) has been made. Nothing, therefore,
survives in the matter. Even the TDS certificate has been issued to the
petitioner.
3.A photocopy of the receipt acknowledged by the petitioner is
taken on record and marked ‘X1’ for identification.
4.The Company Petition is disposed of in accordance with the
consent terms. No costs.
5.In view of disposal of the Company Petition, nothing survives
in the Company Application and the same is disposed of as such.
