a back dated notification was issued on 16th
January, 2014.
2.It is submitted that therefore it is a
contempt committed till issuance of the said
notification. In our view, the direction given
by this Court has now been complied. We are not
inclined to issue show cause notice to the
respondents with hope and trust that in future
the directions given by this Court will be
complied without any delay. With this direction,
petition is disposed of.
