(i) The Advocate for the Appellant shall on or before 15-12-2014

forward the amended copy of the Petition to the learned Advocates for the Respondents.

(ii) The Respondents shall file their Reply if any on or before 31-12-

Rejoinder, if any, shall be filed by the Appellant on or before 12-012015.

(iii) The Company Law Board shall proceed with the hearing of the above Petition on 28-01-2015. The Company Law Board shall pass its order on or before 16-02-2015.

(iv) The learned Advocate for the Respondent No.1 states that the Company is maintaining accounts in normal course of business and the same shall be made available to the Appellant as and when directed by the Company Law Board. The statement is accepted.

(v) The Respondent No.1 Company shall give notice of its Annual General Meeting / Extra Ordinary General Meeting, if any, to the Advocate for the Appellants by hand delivery.

(vi) The accounts of the Respondent No.1 company as on 31-03-2013 are already filed with the ROC and the accounts pertaining to the period 20132014 shall be made available to the Advocate for the Appellant immediately upon the same being filed with the ROC.

(vi) All contentions of the parties are kept open.

(vii)The above Company Appeals are accordingly disposed of.
