. Heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the

Applicants and the learned AGP for Respondent Nos.1 to 3 and 6. On 6^th August, 2013, interim relief in terms of prayer clause (d) has been granted by this Court. In view of grant of prayer clause (d), the District Collector ought to have reconsidered the application dated 20^th October, 2011 (Exhibit “O” to the Petition). The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Applicants/ Petitioners states that the said application

is not yet reconsidered. The learned AGP has no instructions on this aspect.

In view of grant of prayer clause (d) by order dated 6^th August, 2013, we dispose of the application by passing the following order :

ORDER

(i) We direct the representative of the Applicants to appear before the first Respondent on 28^th April, 2014. The representative of the Applicants shall produce an authenticated copy of this order;

(ii) The first Respondent shall reconsider the said application dated 20^th October, 2011 and shall pass appropriate order thereon as expeditiously as possible and in any event on or before 30^th June, 2014;

(iii) Application is disposed of on above terms.
