. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. The only substantive prayer in the Petition is for directing the High Power Committee to hear and decide the application filed by the Petitioner within a time frame fixed by this Court. The Intervenor is challenging the locus of the Petitioner.

Considering the only substantive prayer made, without going into the objection regarding the locus, we dispose of this Petition. A judicial notice will have to be taken of the fact that there are large number of matters pending before the High Power Committee. Therefore, it is for the High Power Committee to decide which matters deserve to be given priority. Therefore, it is for the Petitioner or parties to the pending application to make an appropriate application in that behalf to the High Power Committee praying for giving necessary priority to the hearing of the pending application. If such application is made, the High Power Committee shall decide the same in accordance with law. The Petition is disposed of on above terms. Civil Application No.525 of 2014 does not survive and the same is disposed of accordingly.
