Today, the Application is mentioned by the Advocate for the Respondent No.3 on the basis of a letter dated 15th December 2014 addressed to the said Advocate by the Deputy Commissioner of the Solapur Municipal Corporation. The said letter is taken on record and marked “X” for identification. The said letter is issued after the order is passed by this Court rejecting the Civil Application. Much can be said about the said letter.

However, the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.3-Solapur Municipal Corporation has tendered a photocopy of another letter dated 15th December 2014 in which the Deputy Commissioner of Solapur Municipal Corporation has stated that he has withdrawn the letter dated 15th December 2014 which is marked as “X” for identification. The letter dated 15th December 2014 withdrawing the Exhibit “X” is taken on record and marked “Y” for identification. These two letters shall be placed on record of the main writ petition.
In view of above, no further order is required to be passed.
