. The Family Court Appeals assigned to this Court are pending from the year 2005 onwards. Considering the fact that the very old matters are pending in this Court, as of today, no priority can be given to the Petition of the year 2011. Hence, the prayer clause (a) is rejected. As far as the prayer clause (b) is concerned, the appropriate relief can be prayed by the Applicant at the time of final hearing of the Petition. The Application is accordingly rejected.
