dated 13.01.2011 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) by which the Writ Petition stands abated against respondent no.3.

3 The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that they do not want to press this civil application. He further states that applicant may be allowed to delete the name of respondent no.3 Yeshwantee @ Jijabai Vasantrao Hate from the cause title of civil application no. 2237 of 2010.

4 Same is allowed at the risk and consequence of the applicants themselves.

5 Hence, following order.

i) Civil application stands dismissed as withdrawn.

ii) Applicant is allowed to delete the name of respondent no.3 from cause title of civil application no. 2237 of 2010. 6 Applicant is directed to carry out appropriate amendment in cause title of civil application no. 2237 of 2010, within four weeks from today.

7 Civil application disposed of accordingly.
