1 The above Civil Application has been filed by the Applicant seeking his impleadment in the above Writ Petition. The said impleadment is sought on the basis that the Applicant is the landlord of the building in question in which the original Petitioners reside and which building is the subject matter of the proceedings before the Trial Court.

2 In view of the aforesaid fact, there is no impediment to allow the above Civil Application filed by the Applicant for his impleadment in the above Petition. The learned counsel appearing for the original Petitioners Shri Sandesh Deshpande accepts the position that the Applicant is the landlord of the building in question.

3 The above Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly the Applicant is directed to be joined as a party Respondent to the above Writ Petition. Amendment to be carried out in the course of the present week. The above Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
