1] Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, the learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 and the learned AGP for the State.

2] Our attention is invited to the order dated 13.03.2014 passed in Civil Application No. 757 of 2014. The learned counsel appearing for the Applicant pointed out that within the time stipulated in the said order, the application for interim relief made by the Applicant has not been decided by the State Government presumably because of the elections of the Parliament.

3] This Application need not be kept pending and same is disposed of by passing following order:

I. We direct the State Government to decide the application for interim relief made by the Applicant within a period of six weeks from today. The Order passed on the said application shall be communicated to the Applicant;

II. Till the date of communication of the said order, ad interim relief granted on 13.03.2014 in Civil Application No. 757 of 2014 shall continue to operate. If the order be adverse to the Applicant, the said ad-interim order shall continue to operate for a period of three weeks from the date on which the communication of the said

order is served to the Applicant;

III. All contentions on merits are kept open;

IV. Application is disposed of.
