1Heard the learned counsel for the
applicant and the learned counsel for
the respondent. Family Court Appeals
filed by the applicant were dismissed
on account of failure to file private
paper book. The Appeals are of the year
2007 which are dismissed for non
removalofofficeobjections.
Therefore, we are inclined to restore
the appeals. Accordingly, we allow the
applications subject to the condition
that private paper book shall be filed
within a period of four weeks from

today. On the failure to comply within
stipulated time, the order of dismissal
of the appeals shall stand. If
compliance is made within stipulated
time, the appeals shall be forthwith
added to the appropriate final hearing
board.
