3 The learned counsel for the applicant submits that they filed appropriate application/praecipe in the Registry of this court for taking administrative order from the office of the Hon'ble the Chief Justice for clubbing the hearing of Writ Petition No.10151 of 2009 and Appeal from Order No.1235 of 2009 and same is pending for orders.
4 In view of subsequent development and as the applicant already filed praecipe for clubbing Writ Petition together, nothing survives in the Civil Application. Same is dismissed as infructuous.
