appellant. The first order entertaining stay application and extending time

to deposit the amount under award is dated 12.10.2012. On application, it has been further extended, by oder dated 26.11.2013. The appellant was directed to deposit the amount within 8 weeks, however, the same has not been adhered to in its letter and spirit. I do not see any reason to further entertain the application seeking extension. Respective applications seeking extension to deposit the amount are dismissed.

Office to accept the amount of Rs.20,00,000/-, in respective appeals, being first appeal Nos. 1982 of 2012, 1983 of 2012 and 1984 of 2012.
