During hearing, we find that First Appeal similarly filed by land owner, seeking further enhancement, has been admitted by this Court, after present proceedings came to be instituted before this Court. That appeal, being First Appeal No. 572 of 2012, has been admitted on 19-32013. Thus, present approach cannot be said to be delayed.

Hence, delay condoned. Office to register the First Appeals.

The Civil Applications are accordingly allowed and disposed of.
