Perused the above Company Application and the Affidavit in support thereto. For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Company Application, the above Company Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder :

“(a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant leave to commence or continue suit or proceedings in the City Civil Court at Bombay in the Suit No. 8417 of 1994 (High Court Suit No. S/1776 of 1994), between the Applicants (original Applicants) and Unique Oils India Ltd. (in liquidation) by bringing the Official Liquidator, High Court, Bombay, on record to proceed with

Nitin 2 977-CA-304-2014 the said proceedings on behalf of the said Company in liquidation”.

Decree if any passed shall be subject to the Applicant obtaining orders from this Court.

The above Application is accordingly disposed of.
